We can deliver within a 1 hour time frame with an additional top up of$25

Otherwise we will deliver within the schedule time frame that was selected within your other

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, we will contact the recipient to explore alternative arrangements (e.g. leaving the item with a guard or neighbour).

If this is not possible, a second delivery attempt can be arranged at an additional fee of $20.

The order may also be collected via self-collection.

Please inspect the cake upon delivery before acceptance.

If any damage is noted at the point of delivery, kindly contact the number provided on our website so that we can make alternative arrangements.

Our customer service team will be happy to assist.

If no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, we will contact the recipient using the phone number provided and wait for up to 10 minutes.

If the cake is still not received, the recipient may opt for a re-delivery (additional $20, subject to availability) or self-collection within 2 days from the original delivery time.

Orders not collected within 2 days will be disposed of and refunds or exchanges are not applicable in such cases.

1. Fresh cream cakes should be stored in the refrigerator at all times and can be kept out of the fridge for up to 1 hour
   
2. Buttercream cakes should be refrigerated whenever possible. If refrigeration is unavailable, they may be kept in an air-conditioned room for approximately 2–3 hours. For best taste and texture, allow buttercream cakes to thaw for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving

All cakes are best enjoyed within 48 hours of receipt. We recommend storing cakes in the chiller compartment of the refrigerator and consuming them within 2 days.

No we are not certified halal, but our cakes do not contain any pork

Our cakes are baked in an environment where there are nuts present hence there might be cross contamination that could occur.

Our standard cake sizes are 6 inch and 8 inch respectively, however if you would like a larger size, we would be more than happy to custom make it for you!
